Nicola is an AuDHD leader, writer, and systems thinker with more than eighteen years of experience across risk, safety, law, and organisational culture. She brings together lived experience and professional expertise to help workplaces move beyond compliance toward real psychological safety, inclusion, and human centred leadership.
Nicola holds a Master of Laws focused on health, safety, and employment, and leads strategic risk, assurance, and wellbeing programmes. Her work centres on the belief that leadership can be both effective and deeply human, and that neurodivergent thinkers bring powerful strengths to modern organisations.
